DR. SARAFI Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbHFrankfurt am Main · Throughout Germany

For retailers, brands & shop owners

Online shops & e-commerce.

Legal support for your retail business.

Online retail goes beyond terms and conditions and checkout. Businesses selling through Amazon, eBay or Shopify and accepting payments via PayPal depend on account access, visible listings and available sales proceeds. We support store setup and represent merchants in disputes with platforms and competitors.

Specific enquiries

Is this the right service for you?

For online retailers, brands and store operators

We sell on several platforms. Can you review the disputes together?

For each sales channel, we identify the affected company, the action taken and its financial consequences. This allows platform disputes, competitor reports and payment issues to be assessed separately and the response coordinated.

Tell us about your online retail matter

A competitor is copying our content or reporting our listings. Can you help in both situations?

We review rights in the trademark, images and text, as well as the specific report. Depending on the findings, the matter may involve responding to an unfounded complaint or taking action against an infringement of your own rights.

Good to know

your questions.

Can you coordinate disputes across several platforms?

Yes. We distinguish the actions taken and the parties involved on each sales channel and coordinate the response. A store suspension, an IP complaint and a payment claim remain separate issues for legal assessment.

Can you review a store that is not currently suspended?

Yes. Legal notices and terms, checkout, advertising and service provider contracts can form part of an agreed review. A review of terms and conditions alone does not automatically cover every process and product.

How do I make an enquiry?

Use the contact form to tell us about the platform, the action affecting you and your objective. Include important dates and the documents you have. Engagement, fees and any responsibility for deadlines will then be expressly agreed.
