Recovering a Google Account does not automatically resolve a separate YouTube suspension. Conversely, stopped monetisation does not necessarily mean that the channel has been deleted. We assess the sequence of events and the respective decisions before preparing legal steps against the platform.
YouTube's official guidance first calls for recovery of the associated Google Account, followed by removal of unauthorised changes to the channel. Document unauthorised uploads and change notifications where it is safe to do so. Our work concerns legal assessment and representation; it does not replace technical account recovery.

The process for challenging a monetisation decision therefore cannot simply be replaced by an appeal against an account suspension.

Not necessarily. Restoring login access and resolving a separate channel termination are different processes. For channels hacked and subsequently terminated, YouTube describes a separate appeal after recovery of the Google Account. Keep the notices relating to both steps.
