Creator litigation before the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court
LTO identifies Dr. Nik Sarafi as counsel for the defendant streamer in case 16 U 80/24. According to the court's press release, freedom of expression under Article 5(1) of the German Basic Law was balanced against personality rights: some statements remained permissible, while others were prohibited. The competition law claims were unsuccessful in this case.

Criminal defence involving gambling content
In its report on the criminal proceedings against Ron Bielecki, B.Z. identifies Dr. Nik Sarafi as defence counsel. The article dated 26 February 2025 describes a discontinuance subject to a monetary condition and records the procedural position at that time.
