No. We assess freedom of expression under Article 5(1) of the German Basic Law in the specific dispute, also considering personality rights, the full context and the contractual basis. A suspension is not automatically justified merely because criticism is harsh, nor is it automatically unlawful because freedom of expression is invoked.
