Official fees for your selection: €1,050.00, in addition to the lawyer's fee. We will coordinate the appropriate classes with you before submission. We provide an individual offer for more than three classes.
Order registration onlineIn the online order, you specify the desired symbol, the future brand owner and your goods or services. After reviewing and accepting the order, we will coordinate the list and submission with you.
The flat fee is valid for registering an individual trademark in the selected protected area for up to three classes. We agree separately on appeals, disputes and international registrations beyond the EU.
The specific list of goods and services is decisive, not just the number of classes. Additional classes can cover other areas of business, but increase costs and potential points of contact with older rights.
We will coordinate the selection based on your current business and realistic planning. The submitted list cannot simply be expanded to include further goods and services later on.
EUIPO, electronic EU individual brand: 850€ for one class, 900€ for two and 1,050€ for three classes. From the third class onwards, each additional class costs 150€.
DPMA, electronic German individual brand: 290€ for up to three classes. From fourth grade onward, €100 is added. You pay the official fees separately; they will not be refunded simply because of an unsuccessful registration.

Book a consultation in advanceThe preparation and electronic registration of an individual trademark with EUIPO or, upon request, DPMA for up to three classes, including coordination of the list of goods and services. That is 595€ including 19% sales tax. Official fees are added separately. A similarity search is not included.
No EUIPO or DPMA will decide on the registration. Older rights of third parties can be asserted independently. Registration does not guarantee registration or conflict-free use of the sign.
The desired brand name or logo, the future owner and a specific description of the goods and services. Before submission, we will coordinate the list and further steps with you.
The online order and advance payment are first checked. The law firm will confirm the acceptance of the mandate separately. Submission only after approval and approval; consumers are also subject to the rules explained in the order regarding the right of withdrawal and early start of services.
