Legally protect your reputation

Google reviews.

Want a Google review removed? Assess the specific case.

False allegations, unknown authors or a rejected report: we assess Google reviews using the full content, the alleged contact and your documents. A low star rating alone does not establish a right to removal.

Advice & representation

Google reviews
in practice.

You can start with our free review check and submit an enquiry. We then agree the scope and fees for an individual legal assessment, a complaint to Google and any further steps. Your enquiry alone does not create a client engagement.

01

Contact & facts

We clarify whether and which customer contact has taken place and which statements can be verified on the basis of your documents.

02

Complaint with the portal

We prepare a justification based on the individual case and support the exchange with the platform. General dissatisfaction with the evaluation is not enough for this.

03

Next steps

If the assessment persists, we will review the response and remaining legal options, including effort and costs.

Businesses and self-employed professionals with Google reviews

We cannot link a Google review to any customer contact. What do you assess?

We establish what checks have been made and what the review actually alleges. Freedom of expression under Article 5(1) of the German Basic Law, its limits and the evidence available are considered together when assessing a possible complaint.

Submit a Google review

Can I have a Google review assessed even if there was actual customer contact?

We compare the disputed passages with order records and correspondence. This forms the basis for assessing the review, a possible complaint to the platform and further steps.

Google reviews

Questions & answers.

How much does it cost to seek removal of a Google review?

Our rules-based review check and the enquiry are free. For individual legal work, we first clarify the scope and agree fees separately. Removal is not guaranteed.

Do I have to accept strong criticism?

Negative opinions may be protected by Article 5(1) of the German Basic Law. Their content, context and factual basis matter when balancing freedom of expression against personality rights. Mere dissatisfaction with criticism is not a legal reason for removal.

Can a pure star rating also be checked?

Yes Even then, a possible actual contact and the specific context must be examined in particular. The lack of textual justification alone does not result in a certain claim for deletion.

What information does the law firm need first?

Briefly describe who is affected, where the content can be found and which statements you are objecting to. We will then coordinate the submission of further documents.
