03/Scope of services Only the application for access to a criminal or administrative-offence case file and the lawful digital provision of up to 100 pages to the accused or person concerned. No substantive review, analysis, advice, legal opinion, defence or monitoring of procedural deadlines. Neither access to the file nor a processing time is guaranteed. Authority to act, entitlement to access and a secure transfer method are clarified before work begins.
Actual authority charges are additional and will be communicated before they are incurred. A €12 dispatch fee does not apply automatically to every instruction. Additional pages or other services will be charged only after a separate agreement.
By placing the order, you make a binding offer for the instruction described and pay the fee in advance. The automated payment confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the engagement. We check, in particular, conflicts of interest and the scope of services, and confirm acceptance separately by email. If we cannot accept the instruction, we refund the advance payment in full. No substantive work or deadline monitoring takes place before acceptance. If an accepted instruction is subsequently terminated or the file cannot be accessed, we charge for work performed in accordance with the statutory rules and the agreement, and refund any remaining advance payment. Additional chargeable services require a separate agreement.

The stated fixed fee, including 19% VAT, is agreed for the limited instruction described. This fee may differ from the statutory fee under the German Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (RVG). Where costs are reimbursed, the opposing party, another party to the proceedings or the state treasury is generally not required to reimburse more than the statutory fee. You bear any fees exceeding that amount. This agreement is not a power of attorney. The case-file access package does not include advice or analysis; these services require a separate instruction and a separate fee arrangement.

Withdrawal policy and sample form Withdrawal information for consumers: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, you must inform us, DR. SARAFI Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Leerbachstraße 54, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, info@sarafi.de, of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter or email). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires. If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We will use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided compared with the full scope of the contract. On full performance, the right of withdrawal expires only if you previously expressly agreed to an early start and acknowledged that the right would expire.
