Deadline first
Usually three weeks.
In principle, an action for protection against dismissal must be filed with the labor court within three weeks of receipt of the written notice of termination. A request, calculation, or payment on a website does not meet this deadline.
Agree on the procedure
After examining the conflict of interest and takeover option, we agree on the assignment and remuneration. Let us expressly confirm that your deadline has been processed.
Determine the destination
Continuation of employment, settlement or severance pay depend on the individual case. A cancellation cannot be securely “blocked” by clicking online.
