Is a warning always the same?
No A warning due to a photo or trademark is different from a warning under employment law or tenancy law. Requirements, goals and possible consequences must be appropriate for each case.
What does processing cost?
The tool is free to use. Legal examination, preparation or defense are commissioned separately. Before processing, we clarify the scope and remuneration. An automatic reimbursement of costs by the other party is not promised.
Does the tool send a warning?
No It creates a structured summary. You can then expressly submit your request and selected documents to the law firm. A letter to the other party is only created and sent after a lawyer's examination and coordinated assignment.
