Will I receive a completed warning letter in the tool?
No The tool creates your case summary for the law firm. The legal evaluation and a letter to the other party will only be made after verification and assignment.
Does the other party have to pay my legal fees?
This depends on the basis of the claim and the legal requirements. There are express exclusions in competition law; there are also special rules in copyright law. Don't expect a refund automatically.
Can I also inquire as an employer or landlord?
